Refund Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
This policy applies to one-time Plus Lifetime, Pro Lifetime and Plus-to-Pro upgrade purchases for Online Protractor, owned and maintained by Tyr. Creem is the Merchant of Record and processes checkout, tax, invoices and approved refunds.
14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase by contacting support from the email address linked to the purchase. Include the Creem order or receipt reference, but never send full card details. Where mandatory consumer law grants broader rights, those rights continue to apply.
Digital access and fair-use review
A request may be reviewed for substantial use, repeated refund behavior, abuse, fraud or a completed chargeback. We do not promise automatic refunds outside the stated window. If a paid feature materially fails and support cannot provide a reasonable remedy, explain the failure in the request so it can be evaluated.
Fees and refund amount
For an approved full refund, Online Protractor does not deduct a processing fee from the amount returned to you. Creem returns the approved amount through the original payment method. The original transaction processing fee may remain payable by Tyr and may be deducted from Online Protractor's Creem balance or future payout; it is not added as a separate customer refund charge.
Taxes and exchange rates
Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, invoices and tax adjustments. Refund timing, exchange-rate differences and bank charges can depend on Creem, the payment network and your financial institution. Online Protractor cannot guarantee an exchange-rate result or bank posting date.
Refund effects on access
When a refund or dispute is confirmed, the corresponding entitlement is removed. If another valid completed purchase remains, the account keeps the highest tier supported by that remaining purchase. Refunding a Plus-to-Pro upgrade normally returns the account to Plus when the original Plus purchase remains valid. Local files are not deleted automatically, but paid features may become unavailable; export important JSON backups before requesting a refund.
Chargebacks and disputes
Contact support first so a legitimate issue can be reviewed. A payment dispute or chargeback may suspend the related access while it is investigated. Creem may charge Online Protractor an internal chargeback fee (currently documented as USD/EUR 25 and subject to Creem's current terms); this is an operator cost, not a promise that the same amount will be charged to the customer. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to account restrictions where lawful.
How to request a refund
Contact [email protected] with the account email, Creem order reference, purchase date and a short reason. Tyr will review the request and, when approved, submit the refund through Creem. Do not email payment-card numbers, security codes or identity documents unless an authorized payment provider specifically requests them through its secure channel.
